Half a century of doing meat justice.
The fire lit in 1950 as Kayarlar Et has grown into one of Turkey's largest red-meat producers. One thing never changed — our obsession with genuine flavour.
A family trade, a national brand.
Our story began in 1950 with the Kayar family's butchery tradition. We learned how meat is chosen, how it cures, how it is done justice — from our elders.
In 2005 we reached the shelves under the Namet brand; in 2013 we built our own cattle farm and took ownership of the meat from the very start. Today we produce 150+ varieties across three facilities, to a single standard.
We've grown, but we never let go of the essence of the trade: the right animal, the right cut, the right curing, the right spice. Namet is not a factory — it is a craft, carried on.

The four words that make us who we are.
Doing it justice
We do justice to the meat and the work in every bite. No shortcuts.
Single-handed control
Farm to fork; from feed to slaughter, processing to cold chain — every link is ours.
Audited quality
Not a slogan, a discipline. We are tested against the world's strictest food-safety standards.
Respect for people and nature
From women's employment to solar power, zero waste to animal welfare.
